Telephone Policy

During our normal office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM, our staff is available to take your calls. Our staff will ask your name, phone number, and the nature of your call. Your message will be relayed to the appropriate healthcare professional who will answer your call in a timely matter.

 

Emergencies:   In the case of an emergency please call 911.

After Hours:   In the case of an emergency, please call 911. Calls for routine questions and prescription refills should be made during our normal office hours only, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM. For emergencies that occur after hours, please call the office and you will be directed to the Cardiologist on call. If you are leaving a message on the answering service, please make sure you are providing us with the correct call back telephone number for us to reach you.
